Begin this culinary adventure by choosing a kimono of a high quality and get ready to explore the charms of Japan before. 01 茶道 (Sadou) Japanese Tea Ceremony & Sweets Making Step into the serene world of rituals. Prepare matcha and create Wagashi (sweets) of seasonal shapes using traditional tools and ingredients. 02 ラーメン (Ramen) Build Your Own Ramen Make noodles, choose from two rich broths, then add toppings to create a custom flavorful bowl. Halal and vegan options available! 03 米飴 (Kome-ame) Handcraft Sugar-Free Rice Candy End with a sweet tradition: making kome ame, beautiful rice candy crafted without sugar and used as a natural sweetener. Try making an ice cream from it! This experience also helps support local artisans. After the recent Ishikawa earthquake, we’re donating a portion of proceeds to the Yokoi family — makers of kome ame for over 500 years. Our bilingual staff will guide you every step of the way, creating a friendly, inclusive atmosphere where culture and connection thrive.
