  • Please make sure your mobile phone and its operating system are compatible with eSIM, failure to do so may result in activation failure, refunds will not be granted.
  • iOS must be version 12.1 or later; please note that iPhones sold in China do not support eSIM and certain mobile phones sold in Hong Kong and Macao do not support eSIM.
  • QRCode could not be scanned if the QRCode is in the cellphone. Please print the voucher out or show it on the other device.
  • eSIM could be used after activated. Please be noted that you need to have a good network/WiFi connection when installing eSIM.
  • The eSIM is available immediately after installation. Please install the eSIM on the usage date.
