'Alice in Borderland: The Ultimate' includes intense content; therefore, children under 15 are not permitted to enter the attraction area
Late entry is not permitted. Please make sure to arrive at the reception inside Immersive Fort Tokyo (GATE B) at least 25 minutes before your selected showtime
A signed consent form is required prior to participation. Please be sure to review it in advance before purchasing your ticket. You can find the consent form here

This experience supports not only Japanese, but also English and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified). By accessing the designated website from your smartphone, you can select your preferred language, and all mission instructions and hints will be displayed accordingly. The characters' lines in the play are only in Japanese
Tickets cannot be cancelled once purchased and the date cannot be changed
Re-entry is not permitted after exiting
Lockers are available in different sizes: Small (400 yen), Medium (600 yen), Large (1,000 yen) and Extra-Large (1,500 yen). However, numbers are limited so you may not be able to use them
Please use the change machine in the locker area to get change for the lockers. Note that we cannot exchange foreign currency or do other exchanges
Please do not bring food or drink into the park. You can, however, bring in baby food or allergy-free foods
Diaper changing stations are available in some restrooms; however, there are no nursing rooms or children's play areas within the facility
Wheelchairs are available for rent (500 yen). *Numbers are limited
Admission with pets is not permitted, except for assistance dogs. If you will be accompanied by an assistance dog, please make sure to contact Immersive Fort Tokyo in advance.
