Begin your Hunter Valley journey with an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Sobels Winery, a working farm vineyard steeped in tradition. Discover the wine-making process from vine to bottle, enjoy a guided tasting of their boutique wines, and take in the beautiful surrounds. A fantastic opportunity to sample and purchase premium wines right at the source.
We then visit the 4 Pines at the Farm, where you get to experience a guided wine tasting session with cellarmasters. After that, indulge in a delicious lunch at the restaurant, with the option to pair your meal with wines from the tasting, all while enjoying panoramic views of the Hunter Valley.
