Hear stories of the bohemian writers and influential artist who defined an era, Like Southern transplant Otis Redding, who spent his short time here recording the song “Sitting on the Dock of the Bay” just days before his fatal plane crash. We do not cancel for light rain. If unsure about weather cancellation, call 415-332-6608 to confirm. • Dress code: Be comfortable. A good pair of walking shoes and dress for the weather. • Suggest having brunch at at the beginning of the tour route (Bayside Cafe and Davy Jones Deli are both at the Harbor Center at One Gate 5 Road, where the tour begins.) • There will be places to stop and rest along the way with one restroom stop at beginning of tour.
