Hike Table Mountain with a Guide - Choose Route

We'll be hiking to the top of Table Mountain via a route of your choice. We will then take the Cable Car back down (if open). There are 2 route options to choose from: A. India Venster, a more adventurous, rugged and technical route to the top. Ideal for those looking for a more adventurous and thrilling way to hike up. Involves rugged, uneven terrain and rock scrambling. Some height exposure. More exciting. Less crowded. Duration +-3.5 hours B. Platteklip Gorge, a more straightforward, less technical route to the top. Ideal for those looking for the most straightforward & quickest way to hike up. Involves hundreds of big rock steps all the way to the top. Less exciting. More crowded. Duration +-2.5 hours Both routes are NOT EASY and require a few hours of steep uphill hiking on rocky terrain to get to the top. Both routes end at the top of Table Mountain where we will take the cable car back down (if open). If the cable car is closed, we will hike back down the more easiest route. No previous hiking experience is required, however at least a moderate fitness level is required. Choose from the various options available like private/group hike & transport/meet at the start.
