Veliko Tarnovo
It is the historical and cultural capital of Bulgaria. Often referred to as the "City of the Tsars", Veliko Tarnovo is located on the Yantra River and is famously known as the historical capital of the Second Bulgarian Empire, attracting many tourists with its unique architecture. You will have the opportunity to explore the town at your leisure and discover its fascinating history and culture. The market street Samovodska is a real treasure, a tourist attraction where one can see renovated old houses, various traditional craft workshops, bakeries, pastry shops and the so-called Hadji Nikoli Inn built in 1858.
Arbanasi
Your adventure begins with a short and easy hike from the village of Arbanasi, a UNESCO-listed site, to the panoramic view called Love Swing, because of the swing rocker that swings over the edge of the cliff. And you can try it too. The guide will be with you for extra guidance and history lesson.
