An immersive experience learning the art of gin making, in an incredible heritage distillery setting in the heart of The Rocks, Sydney
Enjoy a Gin & Tonic on arrival, before your host takes you on a tour of our award-winning distillery, then finish your experience with samples of their award-winning gin range
All tour attendees get a discount in the cellar door shop after their tour Hickson House Gin, the first of many spirits to be distilled at Hickson House, is produced in 800-liter copper pot stills, custom-made here in New South Wales
Our guided experiences answer all of your gin making questions and gives you a flavour of this highly versatile spirit

Participants must be aged 18+ to participate in this activity
The legal drinking age in Australia is age 18. Please bring a valid ID for proof of age
All participants should wear closed sole shoes for the tour as it is a working distillery
Please wear enclosed shoes as you will be touring the working production facility
Responsible Service of Alcohol regulations will be adhered to strictly
Distillery Tours are on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Be guided through the traditional craft gin production process before tasting samples from the Hickson House Gin range. Tastings may include limited-release products that are only available at the distillery.
