Fullday tour to El Chaltén from El Calafate
During the Full Day tour to El Chaltén you will discover the town of El Chalten. This tour departs from El Calafate and it is perfect for travelers willing to discover El Chaltén and its nature without hiking long distances. A guided tour, in which you will visit Chorrillo del Salto and Mirador de los Condores, hiking less than 1,5 miles (2 km). Afterwards you will have time to have lunch in one of the restaurants in town or will join the group for lunch, depending on the option selected when booking.

El Calafate
The guide will pick you up at your hotel in El Calafate at 7:30 AM and start the trip to El Chaltén. On the way, the driver will make a stop at Estancia La Leona where you can have breakfast and go to the bathroom. We recommend you try one of their delicious homemade cakes. * During the trip you will have incredible views of mountainous landscapes such as Cerro Chaltén, known as Fitz Roy, Torre and also the Viedma Glacier.
El Mirador De Los Condores
Arriving at El Chalten we start the route to the Mirador de los Condores, a route of just over half a mile (700 meters) with little slope, which will offer you incredible views of the entire town and its surroundings. The tour continues with a visit to Chorrillo del Salto, a 0,3 miles (500 meters) flat route.
El Chalten
Around 2:00 PM it is time for lunch. If you have selected the option with lunch, you will join part of the group for lunch together, otherwise you will have lunch on your own. Finally, you will have free time to explore the town at your own pace.

The day before departure we will contact you by WhatsApp from 6:00 pm to inform you of the pick-up time at your hotel in El Calafate. If you have not yet provided us with the name and address of your hotel, please remember to do so as soon as possible so that we can coordinate the pick-up. If your hotel is not located in the center of El Calafate, we will indicate a meeting point nearby where you can get close to us and we will be waiting for you to discover El Chaltén together! Remember that you must buy in advance the entrance ticket to the National Park at the following link. For this tour you must select the option "Portal Los Cóndores".
