Please arrive at the pick up point 5 minutes before departure time.

Additional Information

We provide pick up service in most hotels. If your hotel does not have a pick up service, we will give you the nearest meeting point. Pick up time will confirmed the afternoon before to the tour by email, text or chat by Whatsapp. For Tulum hotels the meeting point is Hotel Andreas at 09:25 a.m. Tulum does not have hotel pick-up service. Drop off to Tulum for operational reason is in a public transportation. Our staff will pay the ticket for you.

Meeting / End Points

  • Meeting point is Coco Bongo Doors at 08:10 am in 12th Street with 10th Avenue in Playa del Carmen City. Our staff will call your name when they arrive.
