Noto
The beautiful capital of baroque style.The ancient inhabited center of Noto, known as Noto Antica, was a center of significant importance. Municipium under the dominion of the Romans, Capovalle from the Arab domination onwards and adorned with the title of ingenious civitas by Ferdinand the Catholic, it was one of the main military and economic cultural centers of south-eastern Sicily between the fourteenth and sixteenth centuries.

Time to visit the Archaeological Park of Siracusa.The large archaeological area which includes the Neapolis, the Ear of Dionysus and the Greek Theater constitutes the fundamental nucleus of the Archaeological Park of Syracuse. It includes, in addition to some evidence from prehistoric times (Bronze Age, facies of Castelluccio, Thapsos and Cassibile), the sector of the ancient city with some of the most famous public monuments of antiquity, such as the Theater, the overlying area of Ninfeo, with the Via dei Sepolcri, the area of the Sanctuary of Apollo, the altar of Ierone, the Roman amphitheater, a large area of stone quarries (latomie), a vast necropolis (called Grotticelli) and the Norman church - Swabian of S. Nicolò.
