- COVID-19 prevention measures: Wearing a face mask is highly recommended in the vehicle and in closed spaces during visits, but not obligatory. Wearing gloves is highly recommended inside the vehicle. Our guides/drivers who have tested for COVID19 and are positive, or have been in contact with a confirmed case will not be allowed to do any tours. Some activities/visits might not be doable due to 3rd party temporary closure.

Additional Information
A complimentary pick up from several hotels in Downtown Montreal can be arranged when requested at least 24 hours in advance. This can also be done by choosing from the hotel list upon booking. If your hotel is not included, please send us a message as early as possible and we will advise the closest pick-up point. Pick-up from the listed hotels starts by 9 am. Please wait patiently inside the hotel at the entrance level at 9 am. Your provided mobile number will be contacted when you need to meet your guide outside. Pickup and drop off services are provided on a complementary basis courtesy of Ntours. In case of road closure or intense traffic in the area of a hotel, we shall make our best to advise alternative pickup/drop off location as close as possible to your hotel. If you choose to join at the start point at Square Philips, please be in the Square Phillips by the monument by 9:15 am, and make sure that you are reachable on your provided mobile number.
