- Tickets are non-transferable and are only valid for the person taking the tour using the information used in the reservation.
- Tour start times are for reference only. Train and entry times to Machu Picchu will be adjusted based on availability at the time of booking. Entrance to the citadel is by shift from 6 am to 2 pm, with a maximum stay of 4 hours.
- The route follows a marked circuit and may vary due to maintenance work or instructions from park rangers.
- Two circuits are offered: Circuit 2 (traditional, with the classic photo of Machu Picchu) and Circuit 3 (Royalty) if 2 is not available.
- To purchase admission to Machu Picchu, you must provide the following information: full name, passport number, date of birth, and nationality. This information must be submitted immediately, as failure to do so could result in the cancellation of the tour.
