Tips for fast boat ride to Nusa Lembongan

• The harbor might be crowded, we advised you to come 1 hour in advance. If you are late and missed the boat, you might need to book the new ticket
• Please download or take a screenshot of your voucher in advance because of the poor internet connection on the harbor. You’ll have to show the voucher to redeem your ticket.
• Before you travel to Bali, it's best to download Whatsapp as this is the main way local operators will connect with you.

• Redeem your voucher at the ticket counter by following the instruction on the Redemption Information on the package details Note: Each fast boat has its own counter
• Go to Sanur Harbor and enjoy sailing on the fast boat!

From Nusa Lembongan:

• Make sure you’re going to the right address, because there some boat that uses private harbour
• Follow the instruction on the ‘Redemption Information’ on the package details to redeem your ticket

How long is the boat ride?

• Normally, it takes 30 minutes from Bali to Nusa Lembongan by fast boat (duration will depends on the weather conditions)

How long does it take to walk from the ticket counter to the boarding location?

• The boarding location is in the New Sanur Harbor. The distance from each ticket counter to the boarding location is varied, on average it takes 5 minutes to walk there. The harbor might be crowded, we advised you to come 1 hour in advance.

What are the facilities on the fast boat?

• Most of the fast boat does not have air conditioning (the window will be open), please be aware that it might be quite warm on board
• Toilet is available on board

Can I change the date or time of my booking?
