You will spend a day in the local environment of the Karst edge, known for its micro-climate. The visit of the forest will introduce you to the wild foods and offer a sensorial walk including all five senses to participate actively into the experience. Once back at the estate you will get to know a traditional snack and learn more about the local cuisine with an interactive cooking class accompanied by a wine tasting.
The tour includes a guided walking tour of the forest with a sensorial lecture of the wild food and natural phenomena of the karstic landscape. At the estate the guests will enjoy a locally made lunch with a workshop on how to cook one of the traditional foods from the area. Meeting the wine maker tops it all with a guided wine tasting.
