Downtown Austin Scavenger Hunt Adventure
Turn Austin into a giant game board with this fun scavenger hunt adventure. This challenge combines the excitement of the Amazing Race with a three hour city walking tour. Guided from your smart phone, teams make their way among well known and overlooked gems of the city, solving clues and completing challenges, while learning local history.

What's included in Downtown Austin Scavenger Hunt Adventure
(Subject to Option Inclusions)The adventure begins near the Capitol building and takes you on a well-designed course among historic monuments, the streets of Austin, great artwork, historic hotels, and other locations that help keep Austin unique. The tour requires approximately 2.5 miles of walking with numerous stops along the route to complete challenges and decipher clues. The game software tracks team points and posts the final score to a city leader board for those with a competitive edge. Using your smart phone as 'the guide' allows participants to start when they want and determine their own pace of play, leaving time to stop for some Austin cuisine or simply enjoy the scenery. This activity is great for families, friends, and those ready to have fun while seeing the city!

- Smart phone - participants must have at least one smart phone per team with a U.S. cellular data service plan
- Wheelchair accessible
- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

- Welcome to Texas' State Capitol! If you haven't already done so, travel by foot, car or public transportation to the Texas State Library & Archives Building located on Brazos Street between 12th Street and 13th Street. Public parking is available in a number of lots in the area.

In order to activate your tour, you must redeem your voucher by visiting the Urban Adventure Quest website. • Go to www.UrbanAdventureQuest.com • Click on Redeem IT • Create your Urban Adventure Quest account with an e-mail address, password, and team name • Select your Quest City and enter the Viator Voucher number (example: BR-12345678) • Read and agree to Terms and Conditions, click Complete Purchase. Since your tour has been paid through Viator, no further payment is required. • A confirmation page will then be displayed and emailed to you with starting location details and other helpful Quest information. • Voucher numbers are input into our system between 8:00am-6:00pm PST within 1 hour of purchase. If you purchased outside of that time frame, please wait for the voucher to be input during our normal working hours.
