- The duration of the tour includes the pick-up and drop off times
- Dune bashing is not permitted for pregnant women, people with heart conditions and infants (under 3 years old)
- Casual, loose-fitting clothing is recommended in the summer, along with a jacket in the winter
- It is not recommended that you eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid sickness during the dune bashing
- Sports shoes are recommended for sandboarding
- For Doha Cruise Terminal pickup, meet at the Terminal 2 taxi stand. Keep your mobile on; your guide will contact you before pickup.

For example, if your activity starts at 2:30 PM, you will be picked up between 1:45–2:30 PM. You should be ready at the lobby of your hotel/building from the start of the pickup time (in the case of the example, 1:45 PM) since your driver may arrive at any time from the starting time. If there is any change, you will be notified by WhatsApp, phone call or email. • The duration of the tour includes the pick-up and drop off times.
