Your journey begins with a train ride from Milano Centrale to Parma (train ticket not included), followed by a comfortable transfer to the stunning hills of the region. Upon arrival, you’ll participate in a hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn to make fresh pasta from scratch, including various pasta shapes and ravioli filled with exquisite truffle, accompanied by truffle-based sauces prepared on the spot. During the experience, you’ll enjoy a local aperitif featuring regional products and excellent local wines, and you’ll end the day with a homemade tiramisu. At the end of the class, you’ll be transferred back to Parma station for your return to Milan, taking with you not only delicious memories but also the skills to recreate your Italian culinary adventure at home. This is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the flavors of Parma while enjoying the breathtaking views of the surrounding hills
