- Your pass activates (and the countdown begins) upon first use of any benefit (AREX, K-Limousine, Ttareungyi included).
[Example] With a 48hr Discover Seoul Pass, if you use your first benefit (free entry to attractions, free transport like AREX/K-Limousine) at 9 AM on Jan 1st, your pass benefits are valid until 8:59 AM on Jan 3rd. Travel passes can be exchanged for tickets within the pass's validity (48/72/120 hours).
- Present the QR code in the app when visiting attractions with your Discover Seoul Pass.

- Pass is valid for 5 years from the issue date.
- Mobile passes are used via the app; no physical card needed (except for transport card features like Rail+ and T-money).
- The Discover Seoul Pass is for foreign visitors only. Korean nationals cannot use it.
- The Discover Seoul Pass is for individual use, not for groups. Entry to attractions may be restricted when 10 or more people use DSP.

[Refund Policy]
1. Mobile Pass
- Unregistered Discover Seoul Passes on the DSP APP can be refunded within 30 days of purchase.
- No refunds if any related service or attraction has been used more than once.
- Even if registered on the Discover Seoul Pass APP, a refund can still be requested within 30 days as long as it has not been used.
- Partial refunds or cancellations are not available.
2. Physical Pass
- Before card pickup: 100% refund
- After card pickup: If the pass remains unused within 30 days of purchase, it can be refunded after being returned to the Myeongdong Tourist Information Center. (Cash refunds are not available.)
※ Visit the Myeongdong Tourist Information Center → Present the undamaged pass and the purchase receipt → Provide the staff with the refund recipient’s email address for the return confirmation → Receive the return confirmation via email → Proceed to cancel and settle the refund at the place of purchase.
- If the card is not picked up within 30 days of purchase, refunds will not be available
