Escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and embark on a 2-day trip to Karuizawa that combines nature, architecture and shopping. Stroll through the Kusatsu Onsen Street, one of the three most famous hot springs in Japan, and visit the volcanic remains of Onioshide Lava Park. On the second day, visit the Internet-famous Stone Church, stroll along the Karuizawa Forest Trail, and finally shop at the outlet mall to enjoy a full healing and beautiful experience.
- The small car is equipped with a driver and a tour guide. No additional tour guide will be arranged. The driver and guide will give a brief introduction and will not get off the car to accompany the tour. Please be advised! A tour guide will be arranged separately for large groups;
- Each person can carry up to one piece of luggage for free. Please note it in the "Special Needs" section when placing an order! If you do not note that you need to make temporary arrangements or the excess part, you will need to pay 2,000 yen/piece! If you are not informed in advance, the temporary carrying will cause congestion in the carriage and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse guests from boarding the bus! And the fee is non-refundable!
- The operator will send an email with travel information one day before the trip, including: pick-up time, tour guide, license plate, etc. Please check your emails, which may be in the spam box; if you encounter multiple emails, please refer to the latest one! It is recommended to add the tour guide's account in the email! Please do not be late at the meeting place or scenic spot. You will not be able to wait and refund after the time is up. - In case of force majeure such as traffic jams and weather, please understand! Our company does not bear any subsequent costs caused by delays due to traffic jams.
- The minimum number of participants is 6. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 2 days before the departure date.
- If there are holidays or serious traffic jams, the attractions will be adjusted or deleted appropriately.
