- This experience is not suitable for those with specific medical conditions, including people who suffer from back or neck injuries, those weighing over 120kgs
- The experience operates in all weather deemed safe, except in cases of heavy fog or torrential rain

- Please note that in low river conditions there are periods of walking during the trip over uneven surfaces and through sections of river. For this reason clients must have a reasonable level of fitness to take part in the trip
- To ensure your safety on the trip, it is compulsory for all participants to understand English to a basic level
- Prior to booking, please ensure that guests have water confidence and the ability to swim, as these are essential for this experience. If deemed unsuitable by the supplier onsite, no refund will be issued
- For self-drive, please ensure you arrive at the Dart River Adventure and check in 15 minutes prior to the tour departure time
- It is recommended to allow at least an hour from Queenstown centre to Glenorchy plus time for photo stops
