Discover the secrets of the ancient art of couscous in a place rich in charm and tradition: the Baglio Aimone winery, inside a typical Sicilian beam of the eighteenth century.
In an authentic and convivial atmosphere, two expert local cooks will guide you in the preparation of couscous, teaching you the ancient technique of “incocciata” and the traditional recipe of fish broth. A unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the gastronomic culture of the territory and get your hands on the dough, just as it was once done. After the workshop, we will take you on a guided tour of the winery, with tasting of 2 glasses of our wines and a small aperitif based on local products. The experience ends with a convivial light lunch, where you can taste freshly prepared couscous, accompanied by a glass of wine and other typical Sicilian flavors.
