This experience is authentic and allows us to meet native families and learn about the indigenous Chatin culture that allow us to know the gastronomic and herbal heritage of a region of Oaxaca and an important part of Mexico.
Pickup included
My guests will have the opportunity to meet native families, to learn the preparation of mole oaxaqueño, ranchero cheese, the use of indigenous herbalism in a botanical garden and the production and marketing of hand-made corn tortillas.
We will make mud muddy (tortillas by hand) with fresh ranch cheese, we will also make mole tamales with chicken
