Immersed in the greenery of Lunigiana, at Casa Amilton, our Chef will wait for you who will accompany you into the woods where your lesson will take place. You can choose between the lesson of preparing Pesto with traditional mortar and hot sgabei (fried bread dough bites) or you can opt for the lesson for preparing tagliatelle (fresh local pasta). The Chef, after accompanying you to the outdoor classroom prepared for you and after showing you the basic ingredients to prepare the dish of your choice is ready to start the lesson. He will explain the process and together you will start, using the kitchen utensils available to the structure, to prepare pesto or tagliatelle. At the end of the lesson and demonstration it was time to relax, explore the countryside of Casa Amilton and enjoy the delights you prepared accompanied by a glass of white or red Tuscan wine. The chirping of birds and the chirping of cicadas will keep you company during your tasting.
