- Shuttle Location: ALL SHUTTLES DEPART 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED ACTIVITY TIME. SHUTTLE PICKUP LOCATION is located in the Incline Village Center in front of Grocery Outlet. No participants will be granted access into Sand Harbor Nevada State Park without this free shuttle service.
