• The transfer service operates daily for 24 hours
• In the case of a delayed flight, please contact customer service immediately
• The pickup and transfer service from your hotel to the airport must be booked at least 3 hours before the departure time
• Additional waiting time is THB300 per hour
• Car seat available for rental at 300 Baht per unit per time.
  
• Any extra stops or sudden changes on the drop-off location without prior agreement with the operator will incur an additional to be paid in cash (THB)

— Additional Info —

• In case of a flight delay for arrival service, any change to the pick-up time must be informed at least 3 hours prior to the original pick-up time.
• In case of a flight delay for departure service, any change to the pick-up time must be informed at least 6 hours prior to the original pick-up time. 
• If a flight delay or any situation requires additional waiting time (beyond the free waiting time stated on the website), it must first be confirmed with the driver before proceeding.

• Animals and pets are not permitted on the vehicle under any circumstance.

— Meeting Location —

• Chiang Mai International Airport
  - International flight: Meeting point at Gate 10, arrival terminal (1st Floor)
  - Domestic flight: Meeting point at Gate 2, arrival terminal (1st Floor)
  - The maximum waiting time is 90 minutes
• The hotel pick-up meeting point is at the hotel lobby
  - The hotel pick-up maximum waiting time is 30 minute

• Economy Car: Maximum 2 passengers + 20" x 2 luggage OR maximum 2 passengers + 24" x 2 luggage
