Diners will enjoy the pleasant experience of receiving a chef in their homes who will cook delicious dishes, generally typical, with ingredients grown in the fields of the region. The menu that will be served at the table includes: 4 different types of starters, first and second course and dessert. basic menu Entrees: Table of cold meats and cheeses (fresh and matured), vegetable caponata, crispy fried vegetables, chickpea salad. First course: you can choose between: Orecchiette (typical fresh pasta from the area) with tomato sauce and meat rolls, paccheri with aubergine sauce and tomatoes with stracciatella (mozzarella and cream) topping, Troffiette (fresh pasta) with mushrooms and sausage. Second course: You can choose between typical local mixed roast (bombette, sausage), Mediterranean fish fillet or aubergine parmigiana. All dishes are accompanied with baked potatoes and salad with fresh vegetables. Dessert: select between: Crostata, yogurt mouse and cream with marinated fruits.
