The Château de Champ-Renard, of medieval origin, welcomes you in a unique setting for a cheese and wine pairing workshop; You can escape for a few hours while enjoying a privileged setting. After a private tour of the property and an explanation of the work in the vineyard and the winemaking process, we offer a tasting of 4 cuvées from the Château in red and white, paired with 4 cheeses refined by the Blacé cheesemaker. (Subject to Option Inclusions)Visit of the exteriors and gardens to discover the history of the château and a short stroll through the vineyards to better understand the appellation and the terroir of Beaujolais. We offer an explanation of the work of the vineyard and the winemaking process. You will then have the privilege of discovering the interiors of the Château; The visit ends with a tasting of 4 Château vintages and 4 matured cheeses.
