What's included in Canoe on Derwent Water
(Subject to Option Inclusions)Having put on the buoyancy aids and kitted up in wet suits (if required) we will head out onto the beautiful Derwent Water (The 'Jewel' of the Lake District). Although every session is different depending on weather / group etc, we will explore some of this amazing lake, and learn new skills as we go.
Inclusions
- All the paddling equipment and wetsuits if required.
- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
