Elderly people sitting on the chairs on the wooden docks of their tiny homes overlooking the canal, women hanging laundry to dry, men fishing and children jumping into the water and swimming in the canals, amazing! During this tour you will use different types of boats: the Chao Phraya Express boat, the typical Thai long-tail boats and small rocket-boats to explore the narrowest canals. Chao Phraya River
The Chao Phraya River remains the life blood of Bangkok and is a life-giver to Thailand's various provinces through which it flows. No stay in the city is complete without a trip on this famous river, passing temples and some of the city's landmarks.
Nonthaburi is directly northwest of Bangkok on the Chao Phraya River and it is the principal city of the district and province of the same name in Thailand. Not many foreign tourists visit Nonthaburi, thus it offers a glimpse of local culture and life, away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. You'll find a huge network of waterways in Nonthaburi, making it therefore a great way to experience the life from a different point of view.
