Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
Children aged 11+ will be charged the same rate as adults
Participants aged 65+ will be charged the rate as seniors
Free for children with a height of 100cm or below
Free for participants with 100% disability and one companion. Those with less than 100% disability can purchase tickets on-site with valid certification
There is no luggage storage facility at the venue
Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff
Do not throw objects at the animals
Avoid tapping on exhibit glass or fences
Jumping over fences poses a risk to both visitors and animals
Loud noises, such as shouting or screaming, can disturb the animals
Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
The following items are prohibited: Balloons/balls/skateboards/bicycles/scooters/roller skates/wheeled shoes
Infants seat are available and infants shall not sit on laps

Baby strollers are not allowed in the Reptile House or certain areas, nor can they be taken on the Bioparco Express. An unsupervised stroller parking area is available
