With microclimate, presents a true little oasis, just four kilometers away from the center of Belgrade. Because of its natural riches, variety of sports, and numerous restaurants, Ada Ciganlija has become the favorite place for enjoyment, rest, recreation, and entertainment of many local and foreign visitors. During hot summer days, thousands of citizens of Belgrade come here to cool down, swim, and have fun on the peninsula surrounded by the Sava River and Sava Lake. That is how the nickname “Belgrade’s seaside” was created, through everyday visits to the well-maintained and attractive beaches that adorn the biggest and best-looking swimming and picnic spot of the capital.

Sava River

The Sava River is known in Belgrade for floating rafts, holiday homes, and river entertainment, many of which have been turned into restaurants with unique atmospheres and the best Belgrade night-outs.
