Jatiluwih is famous for its vast and terraced green rice fields, creating a landscape like a mesmerizing natural tapestry. This view is made even more captivating by the majestic backdrop of Mount Batukaru. However, Jatiluwih is not just about aesthetics. Behind its beauty lies the centuries-old subak system, a traditional Balinese irrigation system that UNESCO recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2012. In the midst of the global water crisis, Jatiluwih Tourism Village is a living example of sustainable water management. The village offers solutions and inspiration to the world on how to maintain the balance between nature and humans.
