STARTER - Zuppa del Giorno - Soup of the Day
Fagioli & Scarole (traditional Neapolitan soup with beans and escarole) or Lentil Soup (simply and delicious, made with family recipe)
STARTER - Aperitivo- Caprese Salad or Parmigiana di Melanzane
Caprese Salad with local mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, fresh basil and toasted sourdough bread. Or a layered eggplant parmigiana with smoked mozzarella
MAIN - Neapolitan Ragu' Pasta
Slow-cooked tomatoes sauce filled with different cuts of meat, such as pork ribs, pork sausage, beef chucks and ground beef. Rich and decadent.
MAIN - O' ruot O' furn
This is my mom best dish. A chicken and potatoes casserole. We will spaghetti "al dente" with the chicken and crashed potatoes juice, Decadent.
DESSERT - Neapolitan "Migliaccio" or Expresso Tiramisu
Ricotta cheese and semolina flour pound cake or mascarpone cream filled cup, that will be topped with fresh made coffee, Moka, and ladyfinger cookie!
