Authentic Florence Pasta-Making Class with Eating Europe
Join us for a hands-on cooking experience in the professional kitchen of an expert local chef’s beautiful Tuscan home – and pick up Italian pasta home-cooking skills that will ‘wow’ your friends back home!
The day will start with your small group visiting Florence’s authentic and unique Oltrarno neighbourhood. Together with your chef, you’ll walk the streets buying the ingredients from small, family-run shops and market stalls. Then, after picking herbs from the rooftop terrace you’ll put on your aprons, roll up your sleeves and begin preparing your feast.
The experience will end with a family style lunch/dinner amongst your new friends, with plenty of paired wine, ensuring a lively afternoon. Join us for a real Italian home-cooking class that you’ll never forget!
