My cooking classes are completely à la carte. We choose the menu together to take into account your desires, what you like and possibly your allergies. With more than 20 years of experience, I offer a typical French homemade kitchen (everyday cooking or more sophisticated according to your choice) in a kitchen that could be yours. I only buy fresh seasonal produce (depending on the season) that I pick up at the local market that is held every Thursday morning in the town hall square near my home. Local vegetable, fruit, cheese, meat and poultry producers are my exclusive suppliers. Even flour, I buy 10km from home at the mills of Sologne which makes flours of exceptional quality from varieties of old wheat, with a lower gluten content. In May/June, I pick up strawberries and asparagus directly from the grower in the nearby village. Welcome home!
experience à la carte. We will make together dishes (2 or 3 maximum) that we have chosen together when booking. Depending on the season, use of fresh and local products. At the end of the course we can taste together the dishes made accompanied by a glass of wine of the region offered.
