STARTER - Fresh appetizers from Puglia
The tasting will start with fresh cheeses, local cold cuts and preparations of seasonal vegetables, broad beans and bread baked on stone
MAIN - First course fresh pasta
Orecchiette or strascinati with burnt wheat homemade, with yellow datterini and goat's cacioricotta, fresh basil
MAIN - Bombettes of Capocollo martinesi stuffed with caciocavallo
The famous martinese bowler filled with aged caciocavallo, accompanied by a side dish of vegetables
