• Strawberry picking is limited to the season: the activity depends on the farm opening period, please make an appointment in advance
• Standard luggage size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or a stroller. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.
• Overloading risk: If the passenger or luggage capacity is exceeded and the vehicle cannot be boarded, the cost will be borne by the guest.
• Vehicle Adjustment: Depending on the situation on the day, we may provide vehicles of the same class to ensure a comfortable trip.
• A 7-seater car can accommodate up to 6 people, but if there are 6 larger people among the passengers, it is recommended to choose a 10-seater car to ensure a comfortable ride and sufficient luggage space. Precautions
• This vehicle can only be driven within 300 kilometers of the departure hotel (if the itinerary is not in the same area, for example: Kawagoe + Chiba area, a cross-region service fee will be charged)
• The total duration of the charter service is 10 hours, and the start or end time is 8 hours; the service time is 08:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably to fully enjoy the attractions.
• If the service time exceeds 10 hours (including delays caused by traffic jams, etc.), an overtime fee will be charged: Vehicles with less than 10 seats: 5,000 yen for each hour of overtime Vehicles with 14 seats or more: 10,000 yen for each hour of overtime
• Departure time can be adjusted according to passenger needs
• Please note: Drivers can only speak Chinese or Japanese, or use translation software to speak English
• The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at the latest 3 hours before the departure), please pay attention
• Please wait for the driver to pick you up at least 10 minutes in advance in the hotel lobby
• The pick-up and drop-off points are all in hotels or B&Bs within the 23 wards of Tokyo (for out-of-town pick-ups, please allow the driver some free time or pay an additional fee based on actual conditions)
• Haneda Airport and Disneyland area hotels are not located in the Tokyo city area and are not within the pick-up range. You will need to pay an additional fee (5,000 to 10,000 yen one way)
