Hello, my name is Sandro and I am a local tour guide in Amsterdam.
I offer you during this tour in a relaxed environment with a mixed group insights into the history and origin of the city and the red light district, as well as information on the current conditions.
We investigate many questions together, and clarify, for example, how a meeting with a prostitute works, what green and blue lights in windows in the red light district mean, what security is like or the differences to the red light district in Hamburg. In a tour of about 2 hours we pass through China Town, the New Market and also the well-known "old church".
We will stop in one of the alleyways of the red light district. Here you will get an insight into the conditions, we will go after questions such as: what are the requirements for prostitution, who ensures the safety of the women, what do blue lights on windows mean or how much does a visit to a prostitute cost and what is the procedure. Then we visit the main mile and the second part of the red light district together.
We will pass china town, or at least what left of it. Have a look at the canals and discuss a view facts about it and what water has to do with the crooked houses in the city. We will walk to the budest temple and you will receive some restaurant recommendations.
We will stop in front of a coffee shop a talk about the drug situation in the Netherlands, what is legal and how coffee shops became their name. After we will visit a coffee shop to give you a better insight. You are not required to enter it or to buy anything. Minors are not allowed to enter.
You will make your own way to the meeting points
