The winery, surrounded by vineyards, is located inside a beautiful 14th century masia, near the town of Alella. There, the tradition coexists with the latest winemaking technology used to produce small quantities of quality organic wines with great personality. The grapes are collected by hand in the vineyards. Then, gentle pressing is carried out and the free run juice is settle and fermented (both in vats and in the barrels). Temperature is controlled to ensure the winemaking process is well managed.
