What's included in Airport Transfer
(Subject to Option Inclusions)The customer books the service via a website, phone call, or email.
The customer provides pickup/drop-off addresses, flight details, number of passengers, and luggage
The service confirms availability and sends a booking confirmation (email/SMS) with trip details and driver contact info
A reminder is sent to the customer, often 24 hours before the trip.
Hotel Pickup (for airport drop-off):
Driver arrives at the specified address on time.
Assists with luggage and confirms destination.
Airport Pickup:
The driver tracks the flight and arrives after landing.
Waits at a designated meeting point (inside terminal with a name sign or at curbside).
Wait time usually includes a grace period (e.g., 30–60 minutes after landing).
The customer is transported in a clean, comfortable, and insured vehicle.
Airport Drop-Off:
Driver drops customer at the correct terminal, helps with luggage.
Hotel Drop-Off (for arrivals):
Driver ensures customer arrives at the requested address safely.
