(Subject to Option Inclusions)After we receive your booking confirmation, we will reach out to you on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your arrival to confirm the details of your service.
It is suggested to arrive at least 2 hours before international flights at either airport.
If you are staying in Tulum and flying out of Tulum Airport (TQO), we will pick you up 3 hours before your departure time. If you are staying in Tulum and flying out of Cancun Airport (CUN), we will pick you up 4 hours before your departure time.
We can provide car seats at no additional cost with advance notice. Pets are welcome at no additional cost but must be in a carrier or on a leash.

Additional Information
Provide complete information: If you are a group and have different flights, you must provide the flight number for each person. The last arrival will serve as the time and terminal for your group’s pick-up. We will only pick up in one terminal. Additional pickups in other terminals can be added for an extra fee. If part of the group wants to go to your destination right away, you will need to reserve more than one pickup. If you have any other special requests for your transportation, please contact us at least 24 hours before your arrival. We will be in touch via WhatsApp or SMS at least 24 hours before your arrival with more detailed instructions about meeting your driver in airport arrivals.
