- The tour guide will handle the purchase of optional activities. If you prefer not to join any optional activities, you are free to enjoy your own free time and meet up with the tour guide at the designated time and location
- All tickets must be purchased by the tour guide. Travelers are not permitted to use their own tickets, such as City Passes

- The tour guide will arrange the drop-off sequence for the return route
- In the event of force majeure (e.g. weather, transportation, equipment failure, strike) causing tour delays that inconvenience travelers or require them to pay extra transportation fees not included in this tour, refunds or compensation will not be provided
- In the event of a bus being late, travelers will receive compensation based on delay duration. However, no portion of the tour fee will be refunded. The tour guide will provide details about the compensation on-site. Please follow the tour guide's instructions regarding the compensation arrangements
- If an attraction is canceled due to adverse traffic, weather, or force majeure, the supplier has the right to change the itinerary. Refunds will be provided for the attraction tickets (except for those not covered in the package). Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.
- Please ensure the safety and security of your baggage at all times. Travelers are responsible for any lost or damaged baggage and only partial refunds will be offered in the event of baggage loss or damage due to vehicle mechanical failures

Purchase Summary
- When making a reservation, please provide a reachable phone number while you're traveling, and we strongly advise obtaining a mobile SIM card with both internet and calling capabilities for emergencies
- Please arrive at the meeting point promptly as the bus will depart on time. Participation will not be granted to late arrivals and refunds will not be granted
- If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted
- The vehicle type will be determined 2 days before departure, based on the number of travelers, which may include but is not limited to 7/14/55 - 61-seater vehicles, adjusted according to on-site availability, potentially offering other vehicle types
- Infants under 2 will be charged based on the vehicle type used on the day and whether they occupy a seat. If you are traveling with infant under 2, please contact Over The Planet in advance for confirming the available packages
- As per local regulations, children age under 8, or under 145 cm in height are required to use a child seat while traveling in a vehicle.
