- For express pick-up and return customers, please ensure that there is someone at the address filled in to receive the parcel on the date of pick-up and return. The delivery and collection time is generally 9:00-18:00. Please call before arrival. You cannot specify the delivery and collection time.
- Customers who pick up and return the machine at SF Express stations will receive a pick-up text message from SF Express between 09:00 and 18:00 on the day of pick-up, and can pick up the parcel after receiving it; if the machine is returned, the machine must be returned during the business hours of the SF Express station on the day of return.
