To learn about the traditional flavors of Etna cuisine, we propose a culinary lesson with a chef who will reveal all the secrets and wisdom handed down from generation to generation. The gastronomic experience will take place in the beautiful setting of the "Batia dell'Arcangelo Gabriele", an ancient estate with a beautiful old millstone surrounded by enchanting forest. After the pick-up at your accommodation in Catania, you will visit the estate, meet the chef and participate in the preparation of typical Sicilian dishes, sipping a wine from the Etna area. The lunch based on what is cooked will be eaten in a beautiful woods or inside the millstone, if the weather condition does not allow it.
