In this tour you will have the opportunity to discover the famous underwater museum, the largest in Europe together with a certified guide who will take care of you during the time spent in the water. Also you will be explained the meaning of the statues and the importance of having an artificial reef in the protected marine reserve of Playa Blanca.

What's included in 2-Hour Freediving Activity at the Atlantic Museum

This program is dedicated only to travelers who already have a freediving qualification. Before going into the water, in the Dive College Lanzarote diving center, we will have an explanation on how to prepare for the activity, what we will see in the water and the meaning of the beautiful sculptures by the famous artist Jason deCaires Taylor. Afterwards we will put on freediving or snorkeling equipment and swim to the boat. The boat trip lasts 15 minutes and we will be close to the marine protected area of Papagayo beaches. You will be with a certified PADI instructor who will guide you all the time. After the excursion we will return to the dive center to leave the equipment.
