A 16km (10 mile) guided walk which includes some of the finest scenery and views in Sussex - your guide will take you to places only known to locals, passing through sea, cliffs, rivers, forest, agricultural settings and downland hills all in the space of 5 hours. Please wear appropriate clothes.

Seaford Beach
Our accredited tour guide will meet you at Seaford Beach and we will have 15 minutes or so to grab a light refreshment and to take in the scenery before we begin our walk
Seven Sisters Country Park
We will walk from Seaford Head to Cuckmere Haven with a stop at Hope Gap (tides permitting we will walk down to the beach). This offers splendid views of The Seven Sisters white cliffs.
Cuckmere Haven
We will walk along the beautiful river Cuckmere to the Seven Sisters Visitors Centre.

- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health

Meeting / End Points
- I will meet you from the station if you are travelling by train. The train arrives in Seaford Train Station at 10:23am - you are more than welcome to get an earlier train and meet us at the meeting point at 10:35am.
