- A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
- In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

- Please use physical sun protection to avoid polluting the ocean, such as wearing sunshade and sun-protective clothing. Please also bring your own reusable water bottle to replenish water at any time, which can be placed in the large felt pocket on the back of the life jacket.
- Please bring an extra set of dry clothes to change into. There is mountain spring water to wash away the sand and sea water from your body after the activity, and a dry changing room is available for changing clothes.

Important Information
- You can play even if you don’t know how to swim. High buoyancy life jackets are provided, making it very comfortable to float on the sea. The premise is that you cannot take off the relevant safety protection equipment.
- Girls can also participate when they are on their period, as long as they do not feel uncomfortable and use tampons or moon cups; if they feel unwell during the session, they can ask the staff for assistance.
- Those who are pregnant, have recently undergone major surgery, have major wounds on their bodies, or are not suitable for stimulating activities are not allowed to participate.
- Free photography services are provided throughout the event. If you bring a waterproof camera, please prepare it for waterproofing and floating. It is not recommended to add a waterproof bag to your mobile phone.
- The most suitable clothing is relatively non-absorbent clothing such as swimsuits, jellyfish suits, sun protection clothing, or moisture-wicking sportswear. Thick cotton and denim materials are prohibited.

- This activity provides insurance for tourists. Passengers with nationality (Republic of China) please provide their name, gender, date of birth, and emergency contact number when registering.
- During the activity, if you are unable to complete the itinerary due to personal factors (physical condition, etc.) and withdraw, you will be responsible for the expenses incurred. Uncompleted activity fees will be deemed as a waiver and cannot be refunded. Please be informed.
- If the wave conditions are not good the day before the experience, we will separately confirm whether to postpone or cancel and refund. If the event is canceled due to force majeure after arriving at the event site, the paid insurance premium will be charged and the balance will be refunded. Please be informed.
